To set up Interactive Sessions at your event, you will need the web links to your Display Screen and Facilitator Dashboard for the session. These link can be found in the Control Panel. Log into the control panel using the same login details you use to access the Core.
A dedicated Display Screen for each session can be set to display in multiple locations throughout and beyond the venue - anywhere in the world via the web link. Simply add the session link to the device which is connected to the screen. It will update in real time and is controlled by the Facilitator Dashboard.
Make sure you set it to display as full screen.
The link to the Facilitator Dashboard should be set to the device which will be managing the session. It is recommended to have a dedicated person to control or moderate the session from this device.
