Managing Attendee Profiles from My App

Attendees can manage their profile settings and view their inbox from My App.

Messaging - the attendee's private inbox of one on one messages to other attendees. Read more about enabling private messaging.

Account settings - for attendees to manage their profiles. On the account settings page, attendees can change their profile settings and details. They can also manage their privacy settings:

  • Visible to others - this setting controls whether they are visible in the profile list
  • Allow messaging - this setting controls whether other users can private message them
  • Show my email address - this will display their email address in the profile list or when scanned
  • Show my contact number - this will display their email address in the profile list or when scanned
