How to setup tracking session groups

You can create Session Groups to track multiple sessions that are being held in the same room. If your sessions are running close together, you will need to set the  session group tracking open and close times so they don’t overlap.

Setup a session group

  1. Navigate to Attendance Tracking > Session Groups from the Navigation Menu
  2. Click on the + button
  3. Enter a title
  4. Click Save
  5. Click on the Edit button
  6. Select the sessions to be included in this group
  7. Click Save

Set session group tracking open and close times

  1. Navigate to Attendance Tracking > Session Groups from the Navigation Menu
  2. Select the appropriate session group
  3. Navigate to the Configure tab
  4. Set the Start Offset (Minutes), this is the number of minutes scanning opens before the start of a session.
  5. Set the End Offset (Minutes), this is the number of minutes scanning closes before the end of the session.
  6. Click Save
