View and Export Leads from the Capture App

How to view scanned leads in the Capture app

A list of scanned leads can be viewed by exhibitors on the Capture app.

Leads are live provided the mobile device is connected to the internet. If the mobile device is not connected to the internet leads will be stored locally on the device and will need to be synced when internet connection is next available.

To view leads in the Capture app

  1. Login to Capture app
  2. From the home screen click View All


How to export lead data from the Capture app

Exhibitors can export all their lead profile data, qualifying questions and notes straight from the Capture app.

To export lead data

  1. Click Export on the home screen
  2. Select leads to export All Leads or My Leads
  3. Select team members to send leads to or add email address
  4. Click Submit
