When do you need to sync lead data in the Capture app?

When connected to the internet through WIFI or data, Capture will sync automatically.

If you go offline, your leads will not be synced, but only stored locally on your device.

Lead data should be synced, when possible, multiple times during the event, and then once more at the end of the event.

This ensures all current leads are synced and can be exported. Even if you are connected to WIFI or data it is good to check on the sync status at the end of the event to ensure no leads are lost.

NOTE: If the Capture app is deleted from your device any leads not synced will be lost.
