I have opened my display screen and it is just a blank white screen. What do I do?

You will need to upload an Interactive Sessions holding screen.

To upload interactive sessions holding screen

  1. Navigate to Interactive Sessions > Settings from the Navigation Menu
  2. Click the Images tab
  3. Click + and select the image to upload
  4. Click Save

Is it possible to change my display screen splash/background image?

Yes, you can replace the image that has been previously uploaded.

  1. Navigate to Interactive Sessions > Settings from the Navigation Menu
  2. Click the Images tab
  3. Click the drop-down arrow and select Replace Image
  4. Select the image to upload
  5. Click Save

How do I turn a Submitted Question or Live Discussion comment into a Live Polling question?

To turn a submitted question or comment into a polling question

  1. Click on the relevant question
  2. Select Create an Audience Polling Question from the list of options
  3. Select the type of question and enter any applicable answers
  4. Click Create Question
  5. Click Yes to show the question to the audience
  6. Click No to store the question for later

Can I stream a single session’s display screen to multiple locations at once?

Yes, all you need is the web address of the display screen and then you can share it on any screen.

No content is being shown on the display screen when I send questions from the Facilitator Panel?

Ensure that the Display Screen and the Facilitator Panel are open as a part of the same session. Add the session link to the device which is connected to the screen. It will update in real time and is controlled by the Facilitator Dashboard.
