Attendee Connect Setup Considerations

Attendee Connect relies on a database of profile data. There are a few considerations which will determine the set-up and configuration of the element:

  • Login and authentication: how will attendees access the app and how do you intend to communicate this to them
  • Registration data to collect on each attendee, do you have different ticket types, will you have personalised content, is demographic data required etc
  • Attendee privacy: ensure attendees are aware of their privacy settings and what the default settings will be e.g all profiles visible in the attendee list, personal details available to connections (other attendees scanned)
