FAQ: Can you customise the domain and sender, or do emails come from Entegy?
A: Yes, the domain and sender details can be updated under Project Configuration > Email > Settings.
Please note: If you are wanting emails to come from your own domain, you will need to contact your Account Manager.
FAQ: Is there an unsubscribe option for the emails?
A: Yes, a link to unsubscribe from further emails from your project will be available for attendees.
Please note: Opting out of email campaigns is a per-project setting. Attendees will opt-out from a specific event, not from all email campaigns from the CMS.
FAQ: Can you send specifically to attendees ‘not logged in’? E.g. Can you filter your send list?
A: Yes. You can use the Profile Filter to create send lists based on attendee data such as profile fields, profile types and event app logged in status etc.
FAQ: Can you re-send to attendees who have not opened the email?
A: There is no way to re-send to those unopened, however, the Profile Filter can be used to send to those attendees who have not yet logged into the event app.
FAQ: Are there any reports for the number of sends, opens etc.?
A: Send stats such as number of emails sent, opened etc., is available to the organiser via the Project Dashboard. They will also be recorded under Project Configuration > Email > Send Logs.
FAQ: Can you re-send an email from someone’s profile? For example, at the event an attendee says they don’t have their personal login credentials - is there a quick option to resend per profile?
A: There is no way to re-send an email directly from an attendee’s profile using Email Campaigns email.
If you were using the Registration Complete email, this can be resent directly from an attendee’s profile as the ‘Welcome’ email.

A: No, there is no capacity for this using Email Campaigns.
FAQ: Is there a way to change the width of a column?
A: Columns are auto-sized to evenly fit the width of the email template. There is no way to add custom widths to the template.
FAQ: What is a NavBar and a NavBar Link?
A: NavBar is a container for navigational links across the top of the email, and it evenly spaced NavBar Links inside of itself.

A: The ‘From Name’ can be updated in the CMS > Project Configuration > Email > Settings.

A: The ‘Reply Email’ can be updated in the CMS > Project Configuration > Email > Settings.

A: Send timezone is directly linked to the project timezone. This can be updated in the CMS > Project Configuration > Project.
FAQ: If possible, are we able to get a list of receives, opens and bounces on request?
A: On the Project Dashboard, this will be visible. Based on attendee data, attendees can also opt-out of an email send through their app settings. These are all recorded under Project Configuration > Email > Send Logs.
