Configure Interactive Floorplans

Before you can begin mapping your Interactive Floorplan, a floorplans page and image must be configured. It is important to consider which levels of the venue to be included in the interactive floorplans, and ensure these are uploaded and ready for mapping.

TIP:

Each floorplan sub page can represent a different level or venue.

TIP:

It is important to ensure the floorplan images for each level are the same size and aspect ratio. If they are different, this can cause confusion when moving from one level to another in the event app.

To configure a floorplan page:

  1. Navigate to Interactive Floorplans > Setup from the Navigation Menu
  2. Click + to create a floor plan page
  3. Input the Name
  4. Input the level number, if applicable
  5. Click Save
