Attendee Connect Feature Statistics

Each Attendee Connect Feature has its own unique statistics and reporting post-event. Below is a list containing each of the various features and where to find the relevant statistics for each.

 

Messaging

The messaging feature allows attendees to send private in-app messages to one another.

To view Messaging Statistics:

  1. Navigate to Attendee Connect > Messaging from the Navigation Menu
  2. View the following stats:
    1. Top Menu Bar
      1. Total number of messages Sent
      2. Total number of attendees Allowing Messaging
      3. % of users allowing messaging
    2. Message Counts by Day tab: total number of messages sent per day 
    3. Message Counts by Field tab: display the total number of messages sent by multiple-choice field (e.g. Profile Type)

 

Activity Feed

The activity feed is a great way to encourage app users to interact. Attendees can post status updates in real-time. Status updates can contain both text and/or images.

To view Activity Feed Statistics:

  1. Navigate to Attendee Connect > Activity Feed from the Navigation Menu
  2. View the following statistics:
    1. Top Menu Bar
      1. Total number of Status posts
      2. Total number of Comments
      3. Total number of Images posted
      4. % of total users engaged

 

To export Activity Feed Images

  1. Navigate to Attendee Connect > Activity Feed from the Navigation Menu
  2. Select the Gallery Exporter tab
  3. Input the date range to export, and select which post type you would like to export
  4. Click Show
  5. Select to export as Excel or a Zip of the images

 

Points and Leaderboard

Through gamification, attendees earn points and unlock achievements through interactions with the app, therefore increasing attendee engagement.

To view Points Earned and Leaderboard Rankings:

  1. Navigate to Attendee Connect > Points & Leaderboard from the Navigation Menu
  2. View the following statistics:
    1. Top Menu Bar
      1. Total points earned by all attendees
      2. Total achievements earned by all attendees
      3. % of total attendees engaged
      4. % of users who have unlocked all achievements 
    2. Leaderboard Tab: View the current leaderboard
    3. Grouping Tab: group attendees by a multiple-choice field (e.g Profile Type) to group overall points earned
