How to create a portal project

Portal projects can be created through the Core (CMS) using the Project Setup Wizard. Complete the basic steps outlined below to create your portal project.

By going through the process outlined below, you will be able to order elements and be given an estimated price for the project. Please note: you will only be invoiced for your portal after it has been submitted and is available on the stores.

Create a portal project

  1. Navigate Distributor > Create Project from the top navigation bar
  2. Select the Region
  3. Click Next
  4. Select Portal
  5. Click Next
  6. Input Project Name
  7. Input Project Short Name
  8. Select Portal Type
    1. Enter Code: attendees can access any project linked to the portal using the project’s unique event code
    2. Tile Entry: attendees can access any project linked to the portal using image tiles linked to relevant projects
  9. Click Next
  10. Agree to the terms
  11. Click Create Portal
  12. Click Take me to the project
