As new features and device operating systems become available, your partner and client portals need to be updated to support the latest versions. We recommend regularly checking the version number of your portal, especially if there is an upcoming event using that portal.
Requesting an update more than once in the space of a month may incur an additional fee.
To check the current version of your portal:
- Download the latest version of the portal from the Apple App and Google Play stores
- Enter an Event Code for an active app available through the portal
- Click the Settings Cog in the top right-hand corner of the app main menu
- Click About App
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to the # icon where the build version number is listed
