Please note

If you are not already signed-in you will prompted to provide your Google Play login details. The following page will direct you to read and agree to the Google Play Developer distribution agreement.

Please note: before clicking 'I agree', it is recommended that you and your organisation are familiar with the workings and legality of the agreement.

When you are ready to proceed, select the 'I agree' checkbox and click 'continue to payment'. Following this you will be prompted to provide payment details for the developer registration fee. Unlike the Apple Developer Program, this is a one-off payment of USD $25. Upon submitting your payment, you will be prompted to review and finalise your account details. Doing so will result in the creation of your developer account, granting access to the Google Play Console.
