How to view live registration data

Registration data can be viewed in real-time in the Core, or the Kiosk Companion. In the Entegy Suite registration data is commonly referred to as being a Profile.

1. Navigate to Profiles > View All from the Navigation Menu
2. From here, individual registrations can be manually created, edited and/or deleted
3. To refine the listing, use the search bar by entering relevant search terms

View registered attendees with printed badge

1. Navigate to Profiles > View All from the Navigation Menu
2. Profiles that have printed a badge will be indicated by a highlighted printer icon within the status bar
3. To easily identify all profiles that have printed a badge, navigate to Profiles > Export Profiles
4. Navigate to Field Selection
5. Select the Printed Badge field
6. Click Export

1. Navigate to Kiosk Companion
2. To view all current registrations, select View All
3. To search for a specific registration, select Find Profile and enter a desired search term

2. To view all current registrations, select View All
3. Select the Printed tab

View registration statistics

1. Navigate to Kiosk Companion
2. Navigate to Kiosk Statistics on the Home screen
3. Use the tabs to change the registration statistics shown (e.g. Past 1 day, Past 5 days, Show all)
