How to manually add a scan

If required, it is possible to manually add an attendee scan for an exhibitor.

To manually add a scan

  1. Navigate to Lead Capture > Exhibitors from the Navigation Menu
  2. Select the Exhibitor Name who’s scan you’d like to add
  3. Click the Remaining tab
  4. Navigate to, or search for (Ctrl+F5), the relevant attendee
  5. Click the corresponding drop-down
  6. Select Add Lead
