How to manually add a scan
If required, it is possible to manually add an attendee scan for an exhibitor.
To manually add a scan
- Navigate to Lead Capture > Exhibitors from the Navigation Menu
- Select the Exhibitor Name who’s scan you’d like to add
- Click the Remaining tab
- Navigate to, or search for (Ctrl+F5), the relevant attendee
- Click the corresponding drop-down
- Select Add Lead
