The CMS includes a variety of page types to assist with content creation. Each page type is a template that allows for data specific to that page type to be uploaded. E.g. a Schedule page is configured to create a schedule, and a Speakers page allows for information on the speaker including email address, Twitter handles etc.
Below is a list of all the page templates available in the CMS.
General Information
About
Introduce your event, business, region or objective with options to add contact information, links to social media and general documents such as brochures or application forms.
Abstracts
An Abstract page type is used to manage abstracts or posters by allowing for dynamic links to speakers, sessions and sessions segments.
Blank Group
A group page is used to organise content by enabling multiple individual pages to be linked from a single landing page. The landing page displays a list view of the linked pages with various display options and the facility to add a search bar and categories.
Blank Page
A highly adaptable page type that is commonly used throughout all of our apps. This page allows for the inclusion of a page title, subtitle, body copy, contact information, documents, links and is generally used for content that does not require additional functionality.
FAQ
List frequently asked questions with options to add supporting media and link to further information either within the app or externally.
HTML Group
A group or list of HTML pages. Advanced knowledge of HTML is required to use this page.
HTML Page
A page type that that supports HTML with CSS styling. Advanced knowledge of HTML is required to use this page.
News (Image)
A page type used for multiple news stories similar to a blank group. Displays the title of the news story and image externally, as well as displaying a date and relevant content.
News (Text)
A page type used for multiple news stories similar to a blank group. Displays the title of the news story and subtitle externally.
People, Participants & Partners
Exhibitors
An easy to search group page that lists all exhibitors or organisations by A-Z, Z-A or by categories. Each listing can be linked to their location on an uploaded map or exhibition floor plan.
Speakers
An alphabetical (A-Z or Z-A) list of speakers or individuals accompanied by their image. Individual speaker pages are able to include a bio, abstracts and contact information Speakers can be linked to the relevant sessions and can be bookmarked for future reference.
Sponsors
A list of all sponsors with their logos, contact details and company information. Able to be organised manually in order of sponsorship type.
Dates, Times & Schedules
Schedule
This page manages single or multi-day events with options to add locations, speakers, times and description for each session. Sessions are listed chronologically and can be searched and categorised.
What’s On
Best used for events calendars and long running programs with options to add contact details, locations and relevant forms or media. Events are fully searchable and can be added to categories to make them easier to find.
Places, Directions & Mapping
Directions
Lists the names, brief details and locations of any relevant venues, facilities or places of interest. In app navigation is provided using Google and Apple maps integration.
Floor Plans
Upload and categorise multiple floor plans, exhibition and precinct maps. Best used in conjunction with the “Map Exhibitors” feature within the exhibitor’s page.
Location
A group page that lists the names, contact details and location of any relevant venues, facilities or places of interest. In app navigation is provided using Google and Apple maps integration.
Map Locations
This page allows you to create multiple mapping points on an existing floor plan or uploaded image. Commonly used to map amenities within a venue.
External Content, Links & Social
Embedded Web link
Embeds a web link which opens within the app and displays a header image at the top of the page.
External API
Only usable by Entegy staff.
External Content
Directly access external content including Web Links (choose to open either within app or in an external browser), PDFs, Direct Videos or YouTube Videos.
Web link
Directly link to websites from the main menu with the facility to open the webpage within the app’s frame or in a separate browser window.
YouTube List
A list of video links. This page will allow you to direct to any chosen videos hosted on YouTube.
