What is the Kiosk Companion?

Once the Kiosk has been setup, the Kiosk Companion can be used by event staff to accommodate last minute changes and attendee preferences on-site from a portable device.

The Kiosk Companion enables registration staff to:

  • Search, preview and edit attendee profiles
  • Reprint badges
  • View statistics regarding kiosk usage
  • Receive error messages for example ‘out of paper’
