The Bulk Actions feature can be used to manage your sessions as a group rather than individually. This feature can be used to create session groups, assign feedback forms and streams, and set some sessions to be unclickable.

When managing your schedule you may wish to complete all bulk actions together.

To assign a feedback form to sessions
To easily gather sessions feedback you can assign a feedback form to a session. Assigning these in bulk is useful when you are using the same basic form for a majority of sessions.
- Navigate to Content from the Navigation Menu and select your schedule from the list of pages
- Select the day from the list running horizontally
- Click Select
- Choose the sessions to assign a feedback form to
- Click the Bulk Actions drop down
- Select Add Feedback Form
- Select the feedback form
- Click Add

To assign a stream to sessions
Sessions can display a tag to indicate they are from a different stream or grouping.
- Navigate to Content from the Navigation Menu and select your schedule from the list of pages
- Select the day from the list running horizontally
- Click Select
- Choose the sessions to be in the stream
- Click the Bulk Actions drop down
- Select Add Stream

To make sessions unclickable
You may have no important information inside a session to display to attendees. If so, you can choose to make this session unclickable. By doing so, the session will still display in the session list but cannot be clicked in. This might be used for meal times or breaks.
- Navigate to Content from the Navigation Menu and select your schedule from the list of pages
- Select the day from the list running horizontally
- Click Select
- Choose the sessions to unclickable
- Click the Bulk Actions drop down
- Select Set Unclickable
To create a session group
To show different breakouts or concurrents, sessions can display in a grouped format.
- Navigate to Content from the Navigation Menu and select your schedule from the list of pages
- Select the day from the list running horizontally
- Click Select
- Choose the sessions to be grouped
- Click the Bulk Actions drop down
- Select Create Session Group
When sessions are grouped they will appear at the bottom of your schedule and will require you to input some details. To manage a session group:
- Navigate to Content from the Navigation Menu and select your schedule from the list of pages
- Select the day from the list running horizontally
- Click the pencil icon on the appropriate session group
- Click the Details tab
- Update the Title, Start and End times
- Click Save
To move sessions
As sessions move and shuffle in your schedule these can be easily reflected in the schedule editor.
- Navigate to Content from the Navigation Menu and select your schedule from the list of pages
- Select the day from the list running horizontally
- Click Select
- Choose the session/s to me moved
- Click the Bulk Actions drop down
- Select Move Selection
- Select the appropriate day from the drop down
- Click Add
To delete sessions
- Navigate to Content from the Navigation Menu and select your schedule from the list of pages
- Select the day from the list running horizontally
- Click Select
- Choose the session/s to deleted
- Click the Bulk Actions drop down
- Select Delete Selection
- Confirm delete
- Click Ok
