How to create session types
A session type can be linked to a session to allow for additional filtering capabilities. When linked, session types can also be set up to make minor changes to session display in the schedule list view in the event App. Some automatic types will already be created for you, however, you can create your own too.
To create session types
- Navigate to Project Configuration > Session Types from the Navigation Menu
- Click +
- Enter a Title and Cell Colour (Hex colour code), if applicable
- Select a Cell Style:
- Default - Displays no change to Schedule Settings
- Key Time -Displays only Title and Time
- Break - Displays Title, Time, Featured Speakers and Room (if applicable)
- Click Save
How to link a session type
A session type can be linked to a session to allow for additional filtering capabilities. Session types can also be set up to make minor changes to session display in the schedule list view in the event App.
To link a session type
- Navigate to Content from the Navigation Menu and select your schedule from the list of pages
- Select the applicable schedule day from the horizontal tiles
- Select edit icon for the session you wish to update
- Navigate to the Category drop down from the right-hand Configuration Panel
- Select the category from the list
- Click Save
