Email Template Setup

The email template is where the major building and design for your campaign email will take place. This email template consists of various features that are used to build the template in the CMS.


Email Campaigns features include:

When constructing your email template, it is important to consider what information is important to include in your email. 

For example, if you are sending an email about the event app and how attendees can access the app, they may need the following:

  • Event app download links for both Apple App and Google Play Stores
  • Event Code (if relevant)
  • Attendee login credentials (if relevant)
  • Basic information about the app and how attendees can get involved

If you were sending an email about Lead Capture to exhibitors, they might need the following:

  • Lead Capture app download links for both Apple App and Google Play Stores
  • Event Code
  • Exhibitor/Attendee login credentials 
  • Basic instructions on how to use the Lead Capture app
