Set Email Design

The CMS can send system-generated emails. Design for these emails will need to be set in order for these to match any app or event branding.

To upload email header

The email header image is the image that will appear on every email sent from the Core. E.g. exporting notes from the App or leads from the Capture App etc.

1. Navigate to Project Configuration > Emails from the Navigation Menu
2. Click the Design tab
3. Click Upload and select the relevant file. Image must be 600 x (100-400)px .png or .jpg format.
4. Click Save

To set email template colours

To further design the email template, colours can be selected for the background, headers and buttons.

1. Navigate to Project Configuration > Emails from the Navigation Menu
2. Click the Design tab
3. Enter a Hex Colour code for each or choose from the colour picker
4. Click Save
