When you have many content pages in the CMS, it can become overwhelming to manage and find all relevant pages. A simple way to organise your pages is to use Page Groups.
Page Groups are a way to group pages in the CMS. These can be tailored to what makes the most sense to you and your team. For example, you may wish to group pages by app main menu icon, or grouping 'like' content such as 'Speakers, Sponsors and Exhibitors', 'Schedule' etc.
Please note: Page Groups are not reflected in the event app. They are ONLY for CMS organisation.
To create a CMS page group:
- Navigate to Content from the Navigation Menu
- Select Create a New Page Group from the right-hand options
- Input a page group name
- Click Save
To add pages to a CMS page group:
- Navigate to Content from the Navigation Menu
- Navigate to the page you wish to move
- Click the drop-down arrow and select Change Group
- Select the relevant page group from the drop-down menu
- Click Save
